Upon termination:
- Your local data remains on your device unless removed by you
- Your cloud-stored data may be deleted from our servers, unless required for legal or operational reasons

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
You use the Service at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, e2easy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
